     MUSIC NEWS - The 2nd annual  OUTSIDE LANDS festival (2009 version) in San Francisco's Golden Gate park ( August 28, 29 & 30, 2009) announced their lineup this morning and MNN has the full list (below) with word that more acts to be added.   Check out the announcement video below too!   Tickets go on sale Sunday April 19th at 10am PST via the event website. A festival presale for Visa and Visa Signature cardholders will take place April 15-18th. Visa cardholders will get advance access and limited time "eager beaver" pricing for three-day passes. Visa Signature cardholders also get exclusive access to VIP three-day passes during the presale.
