recently we lucked into copies of a few albums by former muddy waters pianist otis spann and felt like sharing. sometimes, you know, the moment just demands a little blues piano - especially if it's laid down beneath lines like: "she's got a face like a monkey, hair just like a teddy bear" or "she's got pretty smooth skin, just like an elephant hide." not sure it gets much better...otis spann - monkey woman
