New Phoenix record and remix.

I know I typically talk about music of the electronic and hip hop variety but I do really enjoy well done Rock and Pop music. Phoenix has been a favorite band of mine combining just the right mix of rock and pop for my tastes. Their new record Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix which I am certain you have read at nauseum about is really one of their best. They have had stand out tracks before but beginning to end this record shines.

Since any official song would probably get this post shut down in a heartbeat here is a steller remix by Doctor Rosen Rosen. The remix saps the single "Lisztomania" of its alt/pop power and fills it with downtempo beats, tons of dark moods taking the track way down and making it almost haunting. It is fantastic.
