Sister Hazel & Pat McGee Team Up for CMJ's Music Marathon & Film Festival

CMJ is in full effect here in NYC as the Music Marathon & Film Festival officially opened this past Tuesday, October 20th. If you're a music fanatic, it's a good time to be in NYC. As part of this week's events, veteran alt-rockers Sister Hazel are teaming up with Pat McGee for a concert at the Fillmore New York at Irving Plaza on Saturday, October 24th. Pat McGee opens the show at 9pm to be followed by Sister Hazel at 10pm.
A few months back, Sister Hazel dropped their seventh studio album, Release, that is representative of each member of the band, all of which who contributed to song writing, recording, and producing efforts, which makes for a pretty unique end result. The lead single, "Take a Bow," is an extremely personal track penned by guitarist Ryan Newell about his divorce.
