They Shoot Music: Chris Garneau "Hands on the Radio," "Not Nice," & "We Don't Try"

While desperately searching for something "new" I stumbled upon this site called They Shoot Music, a video blog featuring "indie" artists, via another brilliant music blog, The Tape Is Not Sticky. Among the amazing footage featured is the ever so dark and complex Chris Garneau, another fairly recent obsession of mine.

So what draws me to these videos - other than seeing Chris perform an intimate set of songs? It's the pure organic feel of the footage. In the background you see people randomly passing by, but Chris remains completely unaware - focused on his music. Take a few minutes to check out the videos, you will not be disappointed.
