Au Revoir Simone’s full stream, tour & free goodies

Au Revoir Simone’s Still Night, Still Light isn’t due until next Tuesday, but the Brooklyn-based synth-pop trio is currently streaming the album in its entirety on Myspace. Produced by Thom Monahan (Vetiver, Little Joy), the album is the follow up to the keyboard-toting heroine’s 2007 full-length debut The Bird of Music.

Start camping out on the virtual line at the Amie St. store, where the girls will be offering up Still Night, Still Light next Tuesday at the starting price of zero dollars — $0. For the first month of availability, the album will never go higher than $7.98, and for the first two weeks every purchase comes with the entire ARS backcatalog – The Bird of Music, Reverse Migration, & Verses of Comfort, Assurance & Salvation. Not a bad package.

In other news, as the girls were busy soundtracking the 100th episode of Grey’s Anatomy with “Another Likely Story” & serenading Vienna with outdoor performances for They Shoot Music (above), 2 songs leaked… for promo, don’t worry. One of them being one of the album’s stand-outs, the vocal-trading blissfest of “All Or Nothing”.

Tomorrow, Au Revoir Simone will join fans, family & friends at Le Poisson Rouge in New York City to celebrate the album’s release with a Listening Party & DJ Sets. Afterwards, they’ll take off on a massive North American tour, beginning in Toronto on May 21st & wrapping up over a month later with a homecoming show at Bowery Ballroom.
