Considering Secret Machines' big personnel change and label switch-up since the release of 2006's Ten Silver Drops, the revelation that their forthcoming third album will be self-titled makes the record seem like a re-introduction of sorts. Whatever the LP's purpose, Secret Machines will come out October 14 via the band's newly minted TSM Recordings (in partnership with World's Fair).

Brandon Curtis, Josh Garza, and not-all-that-new-anymore guitarist Phil Karnats just wrapped up a North American tour, but they have one show remaining tomorrow (August 12) at a Philly Urban Outfitters as part of the Free Yr Radio campaign.
