Experimental emcee turned Indie-Rock trio WHY? and avant-garde Hip-Hop duo Themselves, stalwarts of the Bay Area's anticon. alt-Rap collective, get their Voltron by way of Animal Collective on on their collabo “Canada.”

The tropically percolating tune, with its Coke-bottle percussion, glockenspiels and warm Rhodes tones, features input from all the members of WHY?, Themselves beatmaker Jel, and decidedly Twee vocals from both doseone and Yoni Wolf.

Both bands have brand new albums coming out this Fall, with WHY?'s ‘Eskimo Snow’ dropping September 22nd and Themselves' ‘CrownsDown’ hitting store shelves on October 20th, both on the anticon. Records label.
