I don't know much about the particulars of the local political process in New York, but I do know that the platform Brooklyn, New York emcee Tone Tank elucidates on his new single “Tone Tank for Borough President” is strikingly similar to that of my own imaginary mayoral campaign here in Springfield, Massachusetts.

The Jah-C-produced track is the newest project from the roughest member of Brooklyn's massive Nuclear Family Hip-Hop collective and Embedded Music duo Iller Than Theirs to be released by fellow Nuk Fam/Iller Than Theirs member Kray's Radio Belly netlabel in conjunction with Tone's own ScumLife skate and streetwear brand.
