Johnny Cash Remixed or Ruined?

I remember Tomboy telling me about this back in August 08 when he allowed me to post his remix of Get Rhythm that eventually didn't make it into the album. Apparently a Johnny Cash remix album is not a very good idea.. I Googled for some reactions/reviews & all were either meh'd or negative about it, Pitchfork gave it a 0.2 (yep point two) out of 10 .
I decided to sit down and listen to the whole album & to be honest the only good remixes on it are Midnight Juggernauts , Machine Drum & Apparat !
Here's the Midnight Juggernauts remix which is basically a lullaby, a good lullaby nonetheless.
