Converse and Journeys are running a sick song contest that'll send you and your bandmates to NYC for 4 days/3 nights of studio time to create and mix your own song. Submit a song to be considered and ten winners will be chosen, but of course the grand prize is reserved for the creators of the best song. Nine semifinalists will receive a pair of Chuck Taylor All-Stars, a Converse gift certificate, and something sweet from Guitar Center.
Thanks to the guys at Cornerstone Promotion (who always hook us up with the best giveaways), they've managed to snag a pair of the shoes as well as some seriously killer swag from Downtown Records for us to giveaway to one lucky IGIFster. Here's what's up for grabs:
