Billy Ray Cyrus is set to star in a made for TV Hallmark movie called ”Christmas in Canaan.”The movie, which is set to air in December, is based off a novel co-written by country music legend, Kenny Rogers.The Hollywood Reporter says production has already begun in Vancouver.
