The bulk of elctronic keyboards carry a set of sounds generally referred to as 'Synth Hits'. The Roland FP-5 includes the following under its General MIDI voices: Orchestra Hit, Bass Hit, 6th Hit, Euro Hit. For the longest time though, I've never known what to do with the sounds.
