Trail of Dead Was Cancelled, But Black Lips Were Awesome at Today's Pool Party

It was a total bummer that Trail of Dead couldn't play at today's Pool Party, but that lightening was really scary, so it was definitely for the best that the show was called off. (There was also a tornado? LAME) On a similarly chaotic note, the crowd today for Black Lips was absolutely wild! Between Monotonix, Wavves and today's Black Lips set, I've really had my share of intense crowds this summer — but I must say, this was a stand out. The kids in the front row even knocked down the barricade and took over the photo pit!
