On this day 18 years ago A Tribe Called Quest dropped their classic cut, The Low End Theory. In commemoration of that the rapper QuESt and producer partner M Will The Shogun have decided to announce their new project entitled A Rapper Called QuESt via youtube. Not many details can be released as of now besides that this will be a commemoration to A Tribe Called Quest and their legacy to our genre.
