The Queen of Soul is back! After Aretha's performance earlier this year at President Obama's Inauguration ceremony she will grace the stage once again for NBC's 12th annual "Christmas in Rockefeller Center," scheduled to air Wednesday, Dec. 2 from 8-9 p.m. ET/PT.
Also set to hit the stage alongside the queen will be "alleged" home wrecker Alicia Keys, The Roots, booty shaker Shakira, Michael Buble, Barry Manilow & off course the world famous The Radio City Rockettes.
According to reports:
Co-hosted by NBC stars Jane Krakowski ("30 Rock") and Zachary Levi ("Chuck") and broadcast in high definition, the star-studded tree lighting celebration will also feature Michael Buble, Barry Manilow, Shakira and The Radio City Rockettes performing a mix of current hits and holiday classics from stages around New York's Rockefeller Center.The 77th annual tree lighting will also include a performance by co-host Krakowski with The Roots and appearances by Taylor Schilling (NBC's "Mercy"), James Tupper (NBC's "Mercy") and Brian Williams ("NBC Nightly News").
