Brooklyn's own Foxy Brown has just released a brand new track titled Gettin' It Off The Muscle featuring Boss. Could Foxy be secretly planning a return to re-claim her throne? The signs point to hell yea!
Word is Foxy is moving forward with the plans to drop her 5th album Black Roses next year in 2010 via her very own label, Black Rose Entertainment under Koch Records. Pop the hood for the scoop & her new track.
According to reports:
"Def Jam was really an artist situation with Foxy under Jay-Z," says Chaz Williams, Foxy's manager and CEO of Black Hand Entertainment. "She's moved onto monetarily greener pastures by signing her record label, Black Rose Entertainment to Koch. She is the first artist and she wants to connect with her dancehall reggae roots. Foxy's looking to sign up-and-coming Caribbean and U.S. artists. But she's definitely the first and biggest artist on her label."
Under the terms of the Koch deal, Black Hand Entertainment will issue three albums per year, the first of which will be Brown's "Brooklyn's Don Diva" on Dec. 4. Another new album, "Black Roses" will arrive next year in 2010. [source]
