Tameka Foster is ready to finally let Usher move on with his life but now Usher may be having a change of heart? Looks like Usher may not be ready to file those Papers after all. According to sources Tameka Foster is "allegedly" telling people that Usher is refusing to sign their divorce papers.
After releasing his new single Papers earlier this week, Usher received a lot of positive feedback however he also received negative feedback which left some people asking "Why would he disrespect Tameka in that manner?" Pop the hood for the scoop.

A source close to the couple claims the singer has delayed inking the final signatures on papers that he filed at Atlanta's Superior Court. "Tameka thinks that it's ironic that Papers is his comeback single when she just wants him to sign the paperwork and finalize the divorce," the source told RadarOnline.com. "The terms and conditions have been agreed on for around a month but he keeps stalling on them and she's the one that wants to move on with her life."Dang Usher we thought you we so over Tameka what's the problem homie?
