Supremes Want Another Look at Janet's Fleeting Nipple

Last week the Supreme Court ruled against Cher's potty mouth and this week the Court agreed to look at Janet's fleeting nipple. This all looks like the handiwork of Justice Thomas, but I digress. In the Cher 'fleeting expletives' case, the Supreme Court ruled that it was not 'arbitrary and capricious' to fine the network retroactively based on new standards banning fleeting expletives. In the Janet Jackson 'fleeting nipple' case, the Supreme Court ominously agreed to take another look at the case after a lower court exonerated CBS."The Commission's determination that CBS's broadcast of a nine-sixteenths of one second glimpse of a bare female breast was actionably indecent evidenced the agency's departure from its prior policy.
