Wait a minute, Josh Turner was on the Music City Walk of Fame before Dolly Parton?

Wow, I'm kind of speechless.  I've been reading yesterday's headline that's all over about Dolly Parton, Kid Rock, and Charlie Daniels being on the list to be inducted to the Music City Walk of Fame on November 8th.  But what surprised me is that Dolly Parton and Charlie Daniels are just now being included.

What gives?  Do they honor people based on whether they're available to appear in person or not?  I'm being sarcastic on that, please don't email to let me know that there are deceased people on the Walk of Fame. 

I mean seriously, nothing against Josh Turner and CeCe Winans (both who were inducted in April), but how is it possible that they made the grade above Dolly Parton and Charlie Daniels?  Just seems odd to me.

Oh well, better late than never I always say.  Congrats to Dolly.
