Drummer for Deana Carter and John Mellencamp found dead

Kyle Woodring, a drummer for Survivor, John Mellencamp, and Deana Carter among others, was found dead in his home Tuesday, September 8.
The coroner’s office said Woodring died from hanging, but the manner of death will be determined at the conclusion of an investigation.
