David Gray has been around for awhile to put it modestly. With his album White Ladder he broke the record for the most albums sold in Ireland's history (not U2, Thin Lizzy, or Michael Jackson). Scoring hits on both sides of the Atlantic, this man from Manchester, UK has slowly but surely has made a name for himself in Europe and the US.
So why am I just now hearing about him? I mean a guy who has seven albums under his belt and to say he is pretty big in Ireland would be somewhat of an understatement, I figured I would have, at least, heard his name being bandied around at some point. I guess I've been living under a rock since 1993, but I digress.
