Old Crow Medicine Show::Down Home Girl (New Live Video)

Old Crow Medicine Show is set to release their very first live DVD, Live at the Orange Peel and Tennessee Theatre, on August 18th via Nettwerk Records. The DVD release will come just two days after the band wraps up its Big Surprise Tour, the ten-city traveling revue which the band has put together along with The Felice Brothers, Justin Townes Earle, and The Dave Rawlings Machine.

This performance of "Down Home Girl" is taken from the forthcoming DVD release and was just made available by the folks at Nettwerk two days ago. The song originally appears on Old Crow' Medicine Show's 2006 release Big Iron World (although there may be a few music fans out there who first heard "Down Home Girl" via The Rolling Stones' 1965 release The Rolling Stones Now!). The Live at the Orange Peel and Tennessee Theatre DVD is now available for pre-order via the link provided below.
