I wasn't going to do Bumbershoot this year. Initially I had planned to be out of town, and then I let myself be influenced by the complaints of my friends and my own reluctance. I wasn't too jazzed about the prospect of hanging out with a million (give or take) people in the hot sun/pouring rain all day long, or paying three times the ticket price than when I first began attending.
