...according to reports this morning from Rolling Stone, Pink Floyd are suing the monolithic EMI record label over "miscalculated royalty payments". Apparently, we're talking somewhere in the millions of dollars owed. Pink Floyd are not the first big act to run into trouble with EMI over the years: both Paul McCartney and The Rolling Stones fled after realizing that they'd be better served by another, more personable, label.
