Songbird
Some others may have mentioned this on Mog already, but I'm finding Songbird a really useful program for finding music, both new and old, that I wouldn't have otherwise heard of. It's built off the Firefox web browser, and basically takes any web page you go to, and picks out all the links to mp3s, putting them in a handy iTunes-like playlist.

It's got lots of other features too, supports importing of iTunes libraries, and has a cute mascot (which always helps).
