Every now and then I find myself enjoying a concert so much that I completely forget I'm at a concert in the first place. This feeling doesn't come often, but when it does, it leaves you feeling the need to own a piece of that band.

The Avett Brothers are one of these bands. I've had the pleasure of seeing them live a large number of times and did not once see the same show. Each time was a different, raucous party! I have since had to own everything they release. Songwriting at it's finest in my book.

I'd like to call attention to a track from their album "Four Thieves Gone", called "The Fall". It is a letter to a fallen friend that is both heart wrenching and endearing. I urge you to take it upon yourself and add every release this band has to offer into your collection!
