Evangelicals may or may not be previewing new album

The people over at Dead Oceans are starting to get a bit excited about Evangelicals' new record due in early 2010. Other than the fact that Evangelicals is one of their own bands, they have no other real reason to get excited, no new music (so they say) or videos. Oh, except this one which "may or may not contain new music from their next album."

The video is 67 seconds long, and other than the trippy views, I did dig the opening and closing power drumming.

Fans can catch the band on tour beginning later this month.
