WHERE MUSIC LISTENS TO YOU

Hey I'm doin' alright

I can't get enough of this song. The article about The Format in the new AP magazine was enough to make me go back and read the last 2 or 3 that I'd just thrown in the floor, too uninspired to read. TF gets me excited about music again. I can't believe I was going to skip this tour (especially since I'm one of the lucky few shows to get Steel Train, who I've been digging on for a while). I've got some sweet shows lined up before then (Pete Yorn! Holy crap! and a couple dates on the Warped Tour) but August 1 should be pretty amazing.

  3. backstagebethy says On this album, my favorites are If Work Permits and Oceans. A lot of it can be either really overblown or really epic-sounding, depending on my mood. Their first album, Interventions and Lullabies, is one of my favorites ever...I really like the songs Sore Thumb and A Mess to be Made. Their lyrics are perfect for this point in my life.

  7. 01sundevil says Definately go to the show. I saw The Format last Friday and they were amazing live. They played Dog Problems straight through and then went to the older stuff after. The band was having fun and so was everyone in the crowd.
