WHERE MUSIC LISTENS TO YOU

I'm obsessed... and feel everyone else should be also...

Posted over 2 years ago
I know I can be a little "slower" when it comes to picking up on the newest internet music craze... hell I wasn't on Mog until November...But for those of you who have yet to discover Pandora.com... I implore you to go check it out ... This is really the best site in the whole wide world for people who spend a ridiculous amount of time searching for new music (i.e. me) I ALWAYS have it running in the background when I am at work and I keep a little notepad for when I hear a band that I just HAVE to investigate. Then I go and request the CD on lala.com (another KICK ASS site for music lovers) (I swear I don't work for these people hahaha!) Anyway I have only been rocking out with Pandora for about 2 months and I probably have learned about 300 bands... I write down anywhere from 25-50 a day ... sooooooo- great! Anyway stop reading my boring words and go check it out! I PROMISE you will love it too!

  1. Wozniak says 25-50 a day?! I am so staying away. The 2-3 I get at MOG is overwhelming to my pocketbook as it is.

  4. azul0182 says Ahhhh, see for me, as long as it's in the iTunes and on the iPod... i'm ok... I do need the cd too, of course, because sometimes you need to just sit in listen to something the way it was "made" to be listened to :)

  5. Wozniak says I've had too many songs lost to crashed machines that I need hard copies. I've still got $20 to spend on iTunes, and I have no idea what to buy (I try to get those single songs I don't want to buy a whole CD for, and iTunes exclusives).

  6. azul0182 says I like to look for artist mixes on there ... they put together some really great stuff... and it's again, another great way to find new stuff :)

  7. Wozniak says Yeah. That's a very dangerous thing. I think I'm going to have to do something like go biweekly for CD purchases. What're your latest obsessions?
