MOG

After a grueling eight hour drive across the state of Texas, I finally arrive in Austin. The occasion is ACL 2007, and it was worth every minute of the long drive. I bought tickets to an ACL aftershow on Sunday night featuring Cold War Kids, and a band called Ghostland Observatory. Unfortunately I missed Cold War Kids, but I decided to stay and see this band I had only heard a few times. To my surprise it was one of the best live performances I've ever seen, especially energetic was the band playing in front of the hometown crowd, the light show was just as impressive along with some sweet guitar parts it is amazing to think that it's only two guys, a must listen in my book, and if you've never seen them live, I highly reccommend. Ghostland will definitely make you dance your ass off!
