WE DO THE MASHED POTATO AND THE FUNKY CHICKEN

skeptical

I guess I was skeptical about joining here since my bad experience with myspace. but I am on vox and that seems to be going well. I am not here to be "picked up". I am here for music talk and such. I am in a relationship and extremely happy and looking for just friends to talk about mutual musical tastes with.I am a pretty open book, and love all sorts of music and thrive in living life to the fullest. Ok That's about all for now.... til later

  1. Kate says Welcome to MOG! If it makes you feel better, I have been on MOG since June and have never once been "picked up". You don't really need to worry about that. People just want to talk about music and are generally really civil and friendly 'round here.

  3. Mister Gary says Yeah, I love having a MySpace page and all, but man alive, that place really is a haven for horny guys. MOG is truly where it's at, though - it's a music nerd's delight!

  6. SWozniak says I'd say most of us are more than serious about music. Enjoy, and check out the MOG-o-Sphere. It's like a bar, but without the stools and the alcohol. You kinda have to bring your own.

  7. Takeshi Kovacs says I'm a serious music lover. Although, I've tried to "pick up" Kate twice now! Can't believe she didn't realize what was going on??!!! Anyway, I dig your attitude and would like to welcome you to the MOG world.

  8. Kinoshawk says Thanks for the kind words. I was travelling through Italy, where the only television available throughout is the BBC and MTV. And of course, one of the 5 videos that I saw consistently was for "LDN." I had become familiar with Lily a few months back on MySpace when I got randomly spammed by her. I took a listen and lo and behold, I thought it was kinda catchy! Since then I've been waiting for her full length album to come out. It's pretty good! I like her sense of melody, even if her subject matter is tedious. Overall though, it's a fun listen!
