Their website says "HandBrake is an open-source, GPL-licensed, multiplatform, multithreaded DVD to MPEG-4 converter, available for MacOS X, Linux and Windows.
I have downloaded it for my Mac Leopard OS and it is working well. It contains preset settings for conversions, including iPod Hi & Lo res, Apple TV, iPhone & iTouch. Once you select your source and your preset, it converts no bother. A very cool way to get video into your iPod.
If this has already made the mog rounds, my humble apologies.

I don't have an iPod that supports video (I got a really good deal on a 3rd gen model about 3 years ago when the 4th gen models had just come out), but I told my mom today that a newer model is on my Christmas wish list, as I have run out of space to store music (mostly due to all the cool music posted on MOG).
Nevertheless, thanks for the software link, as I am sure I will eventually get around to using it.
