WHERE MUSIC LISTENS TO YOU

My current profession isn't working out...

Posted 3 months ago

but what choices do I have?

Sure I don't have a lot to complain about, it pays the bills, close to home (6 minute commute by bike) and never so stressful that I take it home with me at night.

But sometimes, just sometimes, the bastards I work with disappoint and frustrate me (and more so today).

Done bitchin'. Now, 'scuse me while I watch this cautionary video.

Even the best jobs involve people who disappoint & frustrate. Sorry to hear you're having a bad day dear. I hope it improves soon.

On the bright side, you'll be in Seattle shortly!

Heard of The Fruitbats but not heard their music. Not bad!

It is a brighter side to think about being in Seattle soon, if not for only a measly 24 hours.

Blair posted Fruit Bats on the dark side...most recommended.

    I'll check 'em out, thx.

Btw, it could be worse, be glad you're not unemployed(not that they'd lay you off cause from what I've heard from your boss, you are quite necessary & they love you there). I understand your frustration though.

Why only 24 hours in Seattle? Surprised you're not there for the whole w/e.

Aug - Sure employed is better then unemployed...I was venting. Actually an excuse to post this song. I love Fruit Bats right now. And only 24 hours since Stan starts school on Monday. So quick flight there and back.

Tara - Don't rock the boat baby...I hear that leads to tippin the boat over.

    Sam - ummmmm....pizza......

Rummy - Never a personal trainer would I be...true dat. (please note the above pizza comment)

Mitchy - Yessss....many more tunes are a good thing.

Scotty - I once rescued a bat from a swimming pool...even tho he had a DNR tag around his little neck.  It was one of those wee ones tho...like a field mouse of the sky.
