   mantasmigorical1 says yeah that was a pretty intense episode! everyone knew she wasn't gonna die though, c'mon, it's HER show! anyway, i heard the same things about the spin-off show and i'm with you, it probably won't make it. i'm thinking 'Joey' the spinoff from Friends. yeah, big mistake on her part. grey's anatomy always seems to have interesting and new music on the show. they are the ones i think who are responsible for The Fray becoming so popular with that damn song 'How to Save a Life' which is slowly driving me insane. they play it everywhere all the time. it's nauseating.

   River Lethe says They should've killed her off. Good writers could still make it work. That being said, they took a good step in addressing the fact that Meredith, Shepherd and Christina have all been incredibly self-involved, immature and annoying. Here's hoping the characters actually grow a bit from this point on. This season hasn't been anywhere near as good as last season though. I will admit that the very last scene got me. To me, Izzy has become the central character as of late anyway.

   angeldawn says mantasmigorical1 - I know what you mean about "how could they kill her off, it's called GREY'S anatomy" but I even heard someone speculating her character would become a ghost haunting the hospital. Not a good idea. yes, the Fray should be very thankful. The rest of their album has some other good songs so I hope How To Save a Life doesn't curse them to be a one-hit wonder. River - Izzy is my favorite. She could do a good spin-off. Yes, the whole crew could benefit from some growth. Christina, especially, annoys me. How could you stop talking to your boyfriend when he's facing losing his career and the only thing he's ever wanted to do?
