Bubblegum of a slightly different flavor
Hello, Friends
I've been absent, a combination of too many hours at work, overwhelming mini-crisises at home, and a computer infected with a multitude of viruses. Suffice it to say, I've missed you all, even if you didn't know I was gone. :)
I stumbled across this video and spicy little pop tune and the first thing I thought of was sharing it, although when you see the jiggles the chica serves up, you might not be all that thankful. But I thought the imagery of the video contrasting with the upbeat tune was...interesting.

Wow, what a juxtaposition! That was really a wild ride. If I have time I'd like to go back and learn more about the director, see if he's from that 'hood, how he got all the participants involved. I love the fact that the "thugs" are singing this breezy little tune. The guns pointed at the camera really evoke a visceral response - for me.
