Lit's First

I completely dig the last track "I Don't Get It". I especially like the last 3 seconds or so, with all that dissonance. It completely captures the fleeting, temporal, intense phenomenon of "not getting it".
Also, the very beginning of the song with the repeating, knife-guitar riff. A get-stuck-in-your-head riff. I wonder how Jeremy Popoff achieved such a sonic unique-ness.
Then the "I don't get anything all/ It doesn't matter any-more-ah-oh-ore." That faithfully captures the flinging, "what-can-I-do-in-such-a-predicament?" attitude, that can accompany "not getting it".
Obviously I speak with such regard of the song because I have frequently been overcome with such affliction.
I wonder how it sounded live, early in their career.

Hmmm. I own all of Lit's releases, after being seduced by their track in the movie Orange County. But, being more of a pop than a punk fan, that first CD sounds horrible to these ears. Glad to hear it resonates somewhere else.
What song was on Orange County. I love that movie, but I don't remember.
If you ever feel super angsty, angry in a hollow way--you might want to go back to it.
How do you like the new one? The Black one.
Disappointing after the last few.
