MUSIC SIGNPOSTS ON THE WEB'S LONELY ROAD

Artist:

You don't get much better than the Goo Goo Dolls. My first CD was the goo goo dolls lol. The lyrics are incredible, the music is beautiful, and the band hasn't succumbed to the unfortunate conformity most bands that have been around for awhile give in to. Pretty much the most amazing band ever. John Rzeznik is a poet as far as im concerned.

Must...not...be...judgemental. Trying...to suppress...finely honed sense of music snobbery...

Ally, dreamy as Mr. Rzeznik might be, I'm not a fan of the Dolls...but the fact that you have music that you're truly passionate about is all that really matters. Good on you.

Yeah I never liked Robbie's songs or singing capabilities. Name has been my favorite song since I first heard it over 10 years ago. I don't really like their newest music too much, but their pre-Dizzy stuff always has a special place in my heart. :)

Yeah Robbie's stuff isn't really that great, and i have to say that their new album is a little bit slower music-wise, but the lyrics are still as good as always. I have to say i think a boy named goo, dizzy up the girl, and gutterflower are my favorite albums, and my favorite song....which is really hard to say....probably Big Machine, or Two Days In February

I love the Goo Goo Dolls.

Especially live. Look for the live in Live in Buffalo video of Iris, if you've never seen it.

I have to admit.. Goo Goo Dolls are my alltime secret obsession. I love their early stuff. I have been clowned many times for admitting this out loud. screw the haters, right?

I've never been a huge Goo Goo dolls fan, but I do like their cover of "Give A Little Bit", who I believe was Supertramp. A bit more rocked out than the original.

Haven't been a big fan, but I do give them full-on props.
