Dr. Dog as a new artist to me represents what is real about rock and roll and what is fake. the fake rock and rollers will listen and say it sounds like the beatles the real music fans will listen and say ya it sounds like the beatles but what it really sounds like is genuine traditional rock. they have tapped into a form of songwriting and a style to themselves. carved between spoon and the red walls dr. dog is where it is at for easy good time rock.
