In the past three months we went to see the Muse and Arctic Monkeys. Unfortunately both venues offered poor audio conditions, still, I thoroughly enjoyed the Muse. The setting was great, simple but effective and they are such great musicians, Bellamy's voice never faultered even though the songs are so demanding and they are able to create an incredible atmosphere just playing two notes.

Arctic Monkeys are very young, I like their albums, especially the last one, live, a part from the fact that I didn't appreciate the 35 minutes delay, I found they often were unable to recreate the feeling of the album, the older songs were played in a faster, "noisier" fashion that took away the peculiar texture those songs had, the songs out of the new album, I found they were a bit flattened out, whilst in the album they are full of nuances. But in complex it was not bad, certainly from my point of view they need to grow and become more confident in asserting their style.
