Among the many contributors are Ronnie Earl, Hubert Sumlin, Earl King, Bobby Radcliff, Robert Ward, Anson Funderburgh, Clarence Hollimon, and Snooks Eaglin. It's a good opportunity to get a taste of where blues guitar playing has been and the direction it's headed toward in the near future. This release includes two previously unissued performances featuring Alex Schultz with Rod Piazza and the Mighty Flyers.
