Influenced by the Argentinian and Mexican music scenes following a tour of Latin America, Mentiras Piadosas is the ninth studio album from Spanish literary figure Joaquín Sabina. Produced by longtime collaborators Pancho Varona and Antonio Garcia de Diego, the 1990 release includes the singles "Con un Par" and "Con la Frente."
