Chronicles packages together (albeit rather flimsily and very erratically) a couple of Bon Jovi releases without a hint of logic behind their selections. The first disc, Bon Jovi features two of their minor hits: "Runaway," which put the group on the map, and the pop-happy "She Don't Know Me." Then skipping over their most important works without a further thought, the rest of the disc is rounded out by New Jersey and Blaze of Glory; the latter was Jon Bon Jovi's score to #Young Guns II. This could have all been trimmed of filler and put together one disc, and it still wouldn't have made for a decent greatest-hits record. Nevertheless, if you're looking to fill out your Bon Jovi collection to the hilt (and if you're a diehard who doesn't own New Jersey already? Shame on you) this will definitely help fill the gaps.
