A 26-track, single-disc collection culled from the Bee Gees' mid-'60s recordings as Australian pop stars mimicking the styles and sound of the British Invasion, To Be or Not to Be has many of the best songs from their early career, but it isn't the most comprehensive collection available. Nevertheless, it is a solid sampler and it only has four songs less than the definitive double-disc compilation, 1963-1966: Birth of Brilliance.
