Theatrical German alt-rock outfit Tokio Hotel’s first-ever compilation collects 18 tracks (mostly singles) from the studio albums Schrei (2005), Zimmer 483 (2007), Scream (2007), and Humanoid (2009). The overview is bolstered by two previously unreleased cuts, “"Mädchen aus dem All" (originally intended for Schrei) and “Hurricanes and Suns” (recorded in 2009). The Best of Tokio Hotel is also available in a deluxe German version that includes a DVD stocked with music videos and behind-the-scenes footage.
