Despite some airy vocals by Sherry Fraser, the themes are pretty grim on this brief EP; addiction, depression, and despair run rampant. But the trio has a rich, full rock sound and a knack for compelling melodies. Tunes like "Have Mercy" and "Comin' up From Behind" promise good things to come.
