Although We Offer Praises doesn't find Ron Kenoly changing his uncompromising perspective on living a godly life, the mood is more consistently celebratory than usual, perhaps because of the setting -- the album was recorded in a beautiful Italian country town. Kenoly seems inspired by his environment, turning in convincing performances.
