This passable Greatest Hits collection from the Curb label may only yield a scant ten songs from the vast arsenal of exotic goodness that is the Tiki torch world of Martin Denny, but as far as budget-priced compilations, one could do a whole lot worse. "The Enchanted Sea," "Quiet Village," "Hawaiian Wedding Song," "Martinique," and "A Taste of Honey" are all Denny classics and serve as great entry points in to the world of space age pop, but Greatest Hits doesn't measure up to Rhino's superior Exotica: The Best of Martin Denny.
