Though it occasionally dips into political rhetoric, Mad Cobra's Exclusive Decision is more or less a party album, driven by his infectious toasting. Since it is a party album that means, of course, that there is a fair amount of chaff with the wheat, but the best tracks make the effort worthwhile.
