Spice 1 continues his reign of terror on the Bay Area, bringing a compilation together, sporting some of the rugged, hardcore gangsta rappers we expect. Artists include the Hot Boys, Mr. Serv On, Three Six Mafia, B-Legit, C-Bo, Tray Dee, Outlaws, and, of course, Spice 1 himself. The formula hasn't changed much over the years; it's still the same gangsta tales laid on staccato funk grooves that has made Spice 1 so famous on the West Coast gangsta rap scene.
